Microencapsulation is the process by which any active substances are coated with help of very small capsules. The size capsules can range from one micron to several hundred values. usage these not limited field; it plays important role in many industries related pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and research applications as well. With this latest technology encapsulation vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, flavors, omega-3 fatty acids, micro-organisms, enzymes, oils, peptides, protein hydrolysate, antioxidants polyphenols possible there factors that play a vital efficiency microcapsules such concentration polymer, rate solvent removal, solubility polymer insolvent, etc. microencapsulation be done ways as; spray drying, extrusion, lyophilization, coacervation, cooling, fluidized bed coating, co-crystallization inclusion complexation. article review lays emphasis on various encapsulated technique different types microencapsulation.
